Jordyn Woods has nabbed her first acting gig, as she continues to prove to fans that she is thriving without Kylie Jenner and the Kardashian family.
It has been almost four months since her life was turned upside down after hanging out with Tristan Thompson one fateful night. The cheating scandal rocked Khloe Kardashian’s life and made Woods enemy number one for the infamous reality TV family.
However, life after being dumped by her best friend and bullied by social media is turning out to be more than Woods could have ever imagined.
The 21-year-old has landed her first acting gig, and it is a big one. She will make her debut on season two of the Freeform hit show, grown-ish, which is the black-ish spin-off starring Yara Shahidi.

“I’ve been waiting to share this with you guys, but I am SO excited to guest star on this season of #grownish it returns June 5th on @freeform,” Woods captioned a photo of her on the set of the sitcom.
Although she is no stranger to the reality TV world, having appeared on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, as well as Life With Kylie, this is her first forte into scripted television. Woods will play a freshman student named Dee, who People magazine describes as “a sweet soul with a soft-spoken and sincere vulnerability.”
The second half of season two of grown-ish premieres on Wednesday, June 5th, however, fans won’t see Woods until later in the season beginning Wednesday, July 24th. Ironically the news she has booked her first acting job comes as KUWK released a promo for the second half of the season, which will feature the fallout of Woods and Thompson’s kissing scandal.

Jordyn Woods has come into her own after getting out of Kylie Jenner and the Kardashian family shadow. She is killing it as a social media influencer, dropped a sports apparel line, is designing her new home, has landed an acting gig on a popular show and looks fabulous while doing it all!
Yes, it seems the scandal that dramatically changed her life forever, may have been one of the best things to ever happen to Woods. Sure, she probably misses her former BFF, but she has definitely come into her own in the past few months.
